The university has an information and Pubic Relations Office which is managed by Public Relations Officer who is an University teacher apart from his regular duties. The PRO is helped by a part-time clerk and a messenger.

The PRO is deals with general in formation and important events in the university and releases press notes and arranges press conferences etc. A brochure about the university was released last year.
